When you received a bouquet from us: Unwrap the paper and remove the water bag from the bottom. Fill up a suitable vase with water and cut the bottom of stems before release the bouquet into the vase. Clean water is essential and no other preservatives is needed.

When you received a vase arrangement from us: Refresh the water in the vase, re-cut the bottom of stems and no other preservatives is needed.

When you received a potted orchid from us: Use spray bottle to keep the plant moist but not wet. Less spray of water in colder season is advised.


Whitemoss stores the following data in order to process your order: Order number, Customer name, Customer email, Customer phone number, Recipient name, Recipient address, Recipient contact number.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.

As of flower availability is determined by seasonal weather conditions, we will endeavor to do our utmost to supply you with the flowers in your order. Not all flowers/foliages you see in our selections are available at all times. Not all flowers/foliages you see in our selections will be included in your order. Types, colours, stem lengths, numbers of stem, maturity, scent and style of flowers/foliages may vary.

Please choose product carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong decision. No refund will be made if we are not supplied with the correct delivery details when delivered unsuccessful. Discolouration (or some calls it brown), oxidation or minor damages on all field flowers and native flowers are absolutely natural and normal.

We do not accept price match.

Delivery & Returns

Please note – Deliveries are not guaranteed if we are not supplied with the contact phone number of the recipient.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 4-6 hours from the time specified; Delivery may be unavailable or affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you as soon as we are able to contact you.

You will receive an email confirmation and an receipt after your purchase, containing your order details. This will normally happen within a few minutes of ordering. If you have a query regarding your delivery or think of further details we should know please contact us at info@whitemoss.com.au

By using Whitemoss delivery service you agree that our drivers will use their professional judgement to decide whether the flowers can be left safely at the address provided if there is no one there to physically receive them. We take no responsibility for the flowers once delivery has been made.

If we have attempted delivery and been unsuccessful, a second delivery charge will apply for return to Whitemoss and/or re direction to another address. You will be notified immediately if this occurs. You will also have the option to collect the flowers from Whitemoss once returned.

If the flowers have to be left with a Concierge/Security or Loading dock personnel, we are not liable for the flowers from this point on.

If for any reason the flowers are delivered to a Suburb and the driver cannot return to Whitemoss on the same day, the flowers will be held in water bag overnight and re delivered the following day.

We deliver products within metro Victoria. Shipping costs are influenced by location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order we will notify you immediately.

If for any reason there is an issue with the delivered flowers, please contact us immediately, no more than 24 hours from delivery date.

We are not a part of any floral relay service in Australia although we can recommend Florists for interstate deliveries. Speaking directly to the interstate Florist is the best way to order from them.
